1. Deep groove ball bearing

Deep groove ball bearings are simple in structure and easy to use. They are the largest batch and the most widely used type of bearings. It is mainly used to bear a radial load, but also can bear a certain axial load. When the radial clearance of the bearing is increased, it has the function of angular contact bearing and can bear large axial load. Used in automobiles, tractors, machine tools, motors, water pumps, agricultural machinery, textile machinery, etc.

2. Needle roller bearing

Needle roller bearings are equipped with thin and long rollers (the length of the roller is 3 to 10 times the diameter, and the diameter is generally not more than 5mm), so the radial structure is compact, and its inner diameter and load capacity are the same as other types of bearings. The smallest diameter is especially suitable for supporting structures with restricted radial installation dimensions. According to the use of different occasions, can choose no inner ring bearing or needle roller and cage assembly, this time and bearing with the journal surface and housing hole surface directly as the bearing inside. 3. Angular contact bearing

Angular contact ball bearings have a high limit speed, can bear both longitudinal load and axial load, and can also bear pure axial load. Its axial load capacity is determined by the contact angle and increases with the increase of the contact angle. Used for: oil pump, air compressor, all kinds of transmission, fuel injection pump, printing machinery.

4. self-aligning ball bearing

 

The self-aligning ball bearing has two rows of steel balls, the inner ring has two raceways, and the outer ring raceway is spherical, which has the performance of self-aligning. It can automatically compensate for the coaxiality error caused by the winding of the shaft and the deformation of the shell, and is suitable for components where the support seat hole cannot guarantee strict coaxiality. The bearing mainly bear radial load, radial load at the same time, can also bear a small amount of axial load, usually not used to bear pure axial load, such as bearing pure axial load, only a row of steel ball force. Mainly used in combine harvesters and other agricultural machinery, blowers, paper machines, textile machinery, woodworking machinery, bridge crane wheels and drive shafts.

5. Spherical roller bearing

 

Spherical roller bearings have two rows of rollers, which are mainly used to bear radial loads and can also bear axial loads in either direction. This kind of bearing radial load capacity is high, especially suitable for heavy load or vibration load, but can not bear pure axial load. Main uses: papermaking machinery, deceleration device, railway vehicle axle, rolling mill gear box seat, crusher, all kinds of industrial reducer and so on.

6. Thrusher ball bearing

 

Thrusher ball bearing is a kind of separation type bearing, the shaft ring "seat ring can be separated from the cage" steel ball components. The shaft ring is a ferrule matched with the shaft, and the seat ring is a ferrule matched with the bearing seat hole, and there is a gap between the shaft. Thrusher ball bearings can only pump hand axial load, one-way thrust ball bearings can only bear the axial load of a room, two-way thrust ball bearings can bear the axial load in two directions. The thrust ball bearing cannot limit the longitudinal movement of the shaft, and the limit speed is very low. The one-way thrust ball bearing can limit the axial displacement of the shaft and the housing in one direction, and the two-way bearing can limit the axial displacement in two directions. Mainly used in automobile steering mechanism, machine tool spindle.

7. Thrust roller bearing

 

Thrust roller bearings are used for shafts that bear mainly axial loads. Meridional combined load, but the meridional load shall not exceed 55% of the axial load. Compared with other thrust roller bearings, this kind of bearing has low friction coefficient, high speed and self-aligning ability. The roller of the 29000 bearing is an asymmetrical spherical roller, which can reduce the relative sliding of the roller and the raceway in the work, and the roller is long. 8. Cylindrical roller bearings

 

The rollers of cylindrical roller bearings are usually guided by two ribs of a bearing ring, cage. The roller and the guide ring form an assembly, which can be separated from another bearing ring and belongs to the separable bearing. This kind of bearing is easy to install and disassemble, especially when required. Outer ring and shaft. The housing is an interference fit when showing more advantages. 9. Tapered roller bearings

Tapered roller bearings are mainly suitable for bearing radial load-based radial and axial combined load, and large cone angle tapered roller bearings can be used to bear axial load-based diameter, axial combined load. This kind of bearing is separated type bearing, its inner ring (including tapered roller and cage) and outer ring can be installed separately. In the process of installation and use, the meridional clearance and axial clearance of the bearing can be adjusted, and the roller used for automobile rear axle hub, large machine tool spindle, high-power reducer, axle bearing box and conveying device can also be pre-installed with interference.

10. Spherical ball bearing with seat

 

The outer spherical ball bearing with seat consists of a sealed outer spherical ball bearing on both sides and a cast (or stamped from steel plate) bearing seat. The internal structure of the outer spherical ball bearing is the same as that of the deep groove ball bearing, but the inner ring of the bearing is wider than the outer ring. The outer ring has a truncated spherical outer surface, which can be automatically aligned with the concave spherical surface of the bearing seat. Usually there is a gap between the inner hole of this kind of bearing and the shaft. The inner ring of the bearing is fixed on the shaft with a top wire, an eccentric sleeve or a set sleeve, and rotates with the shaft.
