Product Description

Bearing in the process of its carrying capacity, operating speed, temperature, accuracy and any loss of a function, so that the bearing can no longer maintain the relevant functional requirements of the host, that is, failure. Fatigue damage is one of the main failure forms of rolling bearings. Fatigue life test is to verify whether the tested bearing sample can reach its due design life through a set of tests (usually based on the design parameters of the bearing). The test is usually carried out by examining the actual running time of the bearing (without fatigue damage) under certain set parameters on the testing machine (such as load, speed, ambient temperature, etc.).

The method of bearing fatigue life test is stipulated in the relevant national standards, and its compliance requirements (limit requirements) can be judged according to the standard or contract requirements during inspection.
