Bearing vibration detection

Product Description

The vibration is the result of periodic and random position shifts caused by motion errors. The factors of bearing motion error lead to dynamic vibration of bearing parts in motion. The acting force related to motion acceleration should also be considered. The influence of rigid characteristics caused by the structure of the bearing itself (such as the periodic and random only changes of rolling elements and retainers, and the slight displacement changes caused by contact deformation), and the influence of deviation caused by processing error of bearing parts in the manufacturing process should also be considered, bearing in motion by the load, speed changes and environmental factors caused by changes in the impact of factors such as the combined effect. Therefore, bearing vibration is one of the main indicators of bearing comprehensive quality assessment.

Bearing vibration is too large will cause the host vibration and noise increase (mechanical vibration in the air is the performance of the noise), thus directly affecting the host related performance (such as some motors have higher low noise requirements).

The detection of bearing vibration is carried out under the specified measurement specifications according to the requirements of relevant standards, and there are two physical quantities of vibration (speed) and vibration (acceleration).
